Harry Earl Lukenbill, 69, of Clayton, Washington, passed away on 9 September 2022. He was born on 8 July 1953 in LaGrande, Oregon. He graduated from Joel E Ferris High School in Spokane, Washington in 1972. Harry worked for Union Pacific Railroad from 1971 to 1987. On 19 February 1972, Harry married Linda Babb and the couple had four children. Family and friends will always remember Harry as the "Jack of all Trades" because he always found a way to fix whatever needed fixing. He was "Papa" to family and friends and "Santa" to the entire community. Harry made the perfect natural Santa - the hair, the beard, the belly, the rosy-red cheeks - all he needed was the suit. And he matched perfectly with Mrs Claus (Linda) when they donated their time as Mr and Mrs Claus at many local events during the Christmas Holidays, especially at the Eagles in Deer Park. Harry is survived by his wife of 50 years, Linda Lukenbill; his children Shannon Hippe, Steven Lukenbill, Stewart Lukenbill and Sheldon (ST) Lukenbill; his sisters Marcia Reynolds, and Gloria Reynolds; his brother, Danny Lukenbill; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother, Eunice Lukenbill; his father, Lester Lukenbill; and his brother, Keith Lukenbill. A memorial is scheduled for 3 PM on 15 October 2022 at the Deer Park Eagles, Deer Park, Washington. The family would like to thank Hospice of Spokane, and in lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be made to them at hospiceofspokane.org or mailed to Hospice of Spokane, PO Box 2215, Spokane, WA 99210-2215.
