Michael "Mike" Houbrick - Class Of 1978 VIEW PROFILE

Michael P Houbrick, called Mike or Mr Brick by fans, passed away September 28th, 2021 in Orlando, Florida.

He graduated from Ferris High School in 1978, then attended Ringling Bros. and Barnum &

Bailey Clown College with his twin brother Matthew. He also received an Associate of Applied

Sciences degree in Graphic Design from SFCC.

Michael was a loyal, creative and thoughtful man who loved comedy, writing, art, magic and diet Coke. He was also actively involved in Lake Baldwin Church and had a strong faith in Jesus Christ. He authored the "Hollywood Rats" series of children's books and "Intwinition". Also, he was founder of Operation Cheesy Medicine, an organization that created memory books for parents with terminally ill children.

Michael is survived by his parents, Dr William and Beverly Harthill; brother Jacob, & sisters, Cheryl (Rod) Mittmann, Beth (Don) Krenowicz, and Bonnie (Tim) Nelson.

Michael is preceded in death by his twin brother Matthew & brother Charles.

The memorial service is scheduled for October 29th at 2pm at Liberty Lake Church. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Heritage Funeral Home.
