Father, Husband, Friend, and Chiropractor left our lives far to early on May 12, 2017. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents Helen and Leonard Greensword. He is survived by his sons, Blake and Jett, their mother Renee Greensword, his extended family through marriage, as well as family in Canada. Chuck was born in Spokane, WA on March 3, 1960. He was a dual citizen with the U.S. and Canada. He attended Jefferson Elementary, Sacajawea middle school and Ferris High School. He earned his Doctorate from Palmer University in 1991. He opened his practice "Performance Chiropractic" blocks from the neighborhood he was raised in. He had healing hands and a warm heart. He enjoyed collecting and restoring muscle cars. His passion was sailing and spending the weekends at Panhandle Yacht Club with his family and friends. Memorial to be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Parish on Tuesday May 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. 219 E. Rockwood Blvd. Spokane, WA
