Michael Bell passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021. He was born on May 10, 1956, in Ft. Worth, TX to Edward Bell and Shirley Rosenbach Bell. Michael was raised in Spokane and graduated from Ferris High School. Michael retired from the United States Coast Guard after an Honorable Discharge in 1975. Michael is survived by his brother Randy Bell and family. Michael will be inurned at Spokane Memorial Gardens.
