Survived By: Survivors include her husband of 10 years, Stan Cassell; her mother, Janet Watson of Spokane; her father, Walter Wittstruck of Spokane; and four sisters, Lauren, Melissa and Tamara Wittstruck, all of Spokane and Jennifer Wittstruck of Clackamas, Ore.

Debra May Watson, 48, a former 35-year resident of Spokane, died Oct. 2 in West Linn, her home for 13 years. She was born in Spokane. She graduated from Ferris High School in 1973 and from Eastern Washington University in 1989. She received a graduate degree in art therapy from Marylhurst College in 1991. Ms. Watson worked as a bereavement counselor at South West Medical Center. She also had worked at Serendipity and St. Mary's Boy's Home in Portland. She was a member of ADAC and enjoyed traveling, bird watching camping and conservation. Published on 10/13/2003
