Moore, Norvella F. 64 Jan. 02, 1949 Jan. 21, 2013 Norvella Moore, 64, of Portland, passed away on January 21, 2013. Norvella was born to Clive and Dorothy Moore in Fairfield, Wash. in 1949. The youngest of four children, she grew up in Spokane. Novella leaves behind a large group of family and friends, including two daughters and two brothers. The memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at the Oaks Pioneer Church, located at 455 S.E. Spokane St., Portland, OR, 97202.
