H. Seppo Parviainen, 54, who was born in Lappee, Finland, died Monday. He was a resident of the Spokane area for 35 years. He graduated from Ferris High School in 1968 and attended Eastern Washington University. Mr. Parviainen was drafted into the Army in 1969 and was stationed at Fort Lewis, Wash., and in Virginia. He was honorably discharged in 1971 as a specialist 4th class. He worked as a paver for Finn Asphalt Services Inc., where he operated an asphalt roller. He also was a painter.
