Blair Jeffry Smith, of Woodinville, passed away at home on September 26, 2002, at the age of 38, after a long battle with lymphoma. The Memorial Service was held at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 5, 2002 at First Presbyterian Church in Bellevue, Washington.

Several Saxons attended the service.

Blair Jeffry Smith, 38, was born in Oceanside, Calif., died Sept. 26 of lymphoma.  He grew up in Spokane and in 1982 graduated from Ferris High School.  He married Lisa Pomeroy in 1985, and the couple left Spokane a couple years later and lived briefly in Redmond and Mercer Island, Wash., before settling in Woodinville 14 years ago.  Mr. Smith and his wife owned and operated Country Squire Home Furnishing in Woodinville.  Mr. Smith was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Bellevue.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Tyler and Alex Smith, both at home; his parents, Guanie and Harriet Smith of Woodinville; a brother, Guanie Smith; and a sister, Caren McKenzie of Spokane.
