Survived By: He will join in Heaven his mother, Aldura "Mae" French. Dan leaves behind his wife, Jean, of 32 years; son, Michael (Cyndee) French; daughter, Megan French; grandchildren, Brandon, Cycilee, and Aidan; father John G. "Jack" French; and sister, Jackie Runkel, all of Spokane.

FRENCH, Dan Leonard Passed away unexpectedly on June 6, 2008. Dan was born on February 17, 1954 in Minneapolis, MN and moved to Spokane shortly after, where he lived the rest of his life. Dan graduated from Ferris High School in 1972 and went to Spokane Community College, where he studied to be an electrician. Dan began work for Kaiser Aluminum in 1977, where he remained employed until his death. Dan enjoyed working on cars, especially Studebakers; watching Gonzaga basketball; and spending time with his three grandchildren. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and great provider for our family; always putting his wife and children before himself. Dan will be greatly missed and will never be forgotten by his family and many friends
