Joani Lynn Graves was born October 28, 1969, to Theresa and Gary DeWalt in Spokane, Washington. She was a 1988 graduate of Ferris High School. Married Jeff Graves for 32 years. She had four children, Jordan Anderson (Aiken, SC), Madelynn Graves-Wilson (Elma, WA), Michael Graves (Spokane, WA), Daniel Graves (Bellingham, WA). Joani served her community for years working with children with heart conditions at Sacred Heart Children's Hospital. In her retirement, she loved animals and spent time at Marshal Lake. Joani Passed away on January 14, 2022, due to COVID. She is survived by her parents, husband, children, and siblings Marty DeWalt (Spokane, WA), Lisa Fletcher (Hillsboro, OR), Abby Sheperd (Spokane, WA). A gathering will be held Saturday, January 22 from 1 pm to 3 pm at Calvary Chapel Spokane 511 W. Hastings. A Memorial Service will be scheduled in the spring.
